DETAILS
NNT Opera Studio was founded in April 1998 as Japan's first ever theatre-affiliated training institute for those seeing a career in opera. Trainee singers are given an opportunity to appear on the stage of New National Theatre Tokyo from the first semester at the Opera Studio, in order to acquire the skill to perform as opera singers.
Since 2016, some parts of the programme of NNT Opera Studio has been suppported by "ANA Scholarship". Through this scholarship, All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd offers the trainee singers to attend three-week overseas training programme. Also, the scholarship gives them an opportunity to show their fruits at this concert.
This time, trainee singers entered the studio in 2018, 2019 and 2020 will present a colourful programme of some scenes from various operas of Mozart, Donizetti and Rossini. This will be the first time for the trainee singers to perform thier singing and acting in this year. Please come and see the upcoming talents!

The performances will be taking place based on the policies of the Japanese government and the Tokyo Metropolitan and the guideline for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 infection by the Association of Public Theatres and Halls in Japan.
