DETAILS
This is the second in our "Bridge to the Future" series presenting new works by Japanese playwrights.
In presenting this new play, YOKOYAMA Takuya, a popular playwright in the current theatre scene, is joined by OSAWA Yu, a young director who worked on the reading performance of "A Spanish Play" in the NNTT KOTSUKOTSU Project - Development.

2022/2023 Season Drama at the New National Theatre, Tokyo
SYNOPSIS
A port town in Wakayama Prefecture. A woman with a handwritten map returns here for the first time in 25 years. The map is a single-page travel guide made by her former university classmate. She has come to look for him. She set off on her journey in pursuit of any signs of her missing classmate—whom she may have hurt in the past. A young, local surfer offers to join her in her search.
