HOW TO BUY TICKETS

Pick up your tickets at the Box Office on the credit card and your booking reference number.
- Payment by credit card(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners or JCB).
- Handling fee of 330 yen (incl. tax) will be charged.
- Tickets are not to be claimed online. Please pick up your tickets at the Box Office.
- It is unable to select specific seat(s) of PLAYHOUSE or THE PIT programme (mainly Dance and Drama) via Online Ticket Sales"Web Box Office".
In case you wish to reserve your own seat(s), please book in person at the Box Office directly or by phone. - Online Ticket Sales "Web Box Office" is not available on the day of the performance except for Z seats. With regards to the Day Tickets, please inquire at the Box Office or by telephone.
- Online Ticket Sales "Web Box Office" is unavailable from 2:30 am to 5:30 am every Tuesday and Wednesday due to periodical maintenance.
- Under 15s discounts and Z seats (Day Tickets) for Opera and Ballet performances are available online. Other types of discount tickets are not available online. Please inquire at the Box Office or by telephone.
- Tickets for some performances are only available by phone or at the Box Office. Please check the ticket sales pages of each performance.

DAY TICKETS
All seats except for Z seats are available at the Box Office or by telephone until the day of the performance.
When you purchase "Day Tickets" by telephone, only payment by credit card is available (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB or Union Pay).
Very reasonable Day Tickets are also available as follows.
These tickets are limited to one ticket per person.
Telephone bookings are not accepted.

Remaining seats are available at a special discount price for students on the day of the performance at the Box Office or by telephone (except D and Z seats.). Student ID required.
Z seats
Day Tickets
¥ 1,650
Z seats (Day Tickets sold at ¥1,650) are available on the day of the performance as below (on a first-come first-served basis). Please be aware that Z seats are restricted view seats.
- You are able to purchase tickets online from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Click "Buy Z seats" under each performance information.
* There is a handling charge of ¥330 (incl. tax).
* Only when seats allocated as Z seat are still available 2 hours before the show starts, you are able to purchase these tickets at the Box Office of the theatre. Note that all Z seats are on a first come, first served basis and will come with restricted views.
SEATING PLAN
PLEASE READ
- No admittance to pre-school children (or children under 4 in case of Ballet performance). Each child requires a ticket for entry, even when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- For opera productions, D seat tickets are limited to a maximum of two per person on the first day of the advance ticket sales.
- A special discount price is available for disabled guests. Please inquire at the Box Office for details.
Users of wheelchairs are requested to contact the Box Office before coming to the theatre.
