"Alice's Adventures in Wonderland ©" will open on the 11th of November.

Our brand-new season of ballet for 2018/2019 starts with Christopher WHEELDON's highly-acclaimed "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland", co-production with The Australian Ballet. Based on the famous story by Lewis CARROLL, the White Rabbit, the Queen of Hearts, the Mad Hatter and other characters from the land of adventure welcome you to the magical world.
Featuring the humour-laced expressive dance and the set combining colourful pop art with the latest lighting and video technology, this ballet has become a major talking point as an emerging masterpiece in the new-era.

At present, only six of the world's best ballet companies have "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" in their repertoire and the National Ballet of Japan is proud to be the only ballet company in Asia to have obtained permission to perform this work.
We welcome two guest dancers from The Australian Ballet, Jarryd Madden and Amy Harris, and are now ready to open the curtain.
