New National Theatre, Tokyo’s tenth anniversary season features dance works by Teshigawara Saburo with art installations that inspire our perceptions. Mr. Teshigawara has been the core figure in the contemporary dance productions staged at the New National Theatre, Tokyo over the past nine years, and he has been a leader in the international contemporary dance world as well. Teshigawara Saburo’s spatial poetry is always seen as “not” … not possible, not comprehensible, not balanced, not right, not harmonious.
