Nagatsuka Keishi is a playwright, director, and actor whose work is constantly
the focus of attention in the world of contemporary Japanese theater. He was honored
in 2004 with the fourth annual Asahi Performing Arts Award as the writer and director
of Hataraku Otoko (Working Man), and 55th annual Geijutsu Sensho New Artist
Prize and for staging of the Pillowman; in 2005 he was awarded the prize
for Best Play in the Yomiuri Theatre Awards. The talented Nagatsuka's latest work
inaugurates our 2006/2007 season.

Synopsis
Tokyo in a near-future. An earthquake
disaster paralyzed the city function and confused the people.
There are a brother and a sister who live quietly in a corner of the town.
The sister had suffered from psychiatric problem before the earthquake, but now
she regains consciousness and takes care of her brother.
A man visits them, and new life with three people starts.
Where do people go towards after losing many things?
