As regards to the opera performances of "Madama Butterfly" to be staged from 6 to 18 June 2011 at Opera House, New National Theatre, Tokyo, Kristine Opolais, who originally was to perform the role of Madama Butterfly is unable to perform. Alternatively, Olga Guryakova is going to take her place.
