Appointment of the next Artistic Directors The New National Theatre Foundation is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Otaka Tadaaki (Opera), Mr. David Bintley (Ballet & Dance) and Ms. Miyata Keiko (Play) to become Artistic Consultants on September 1, 2008, which will be followed by them assuming the post of Artistic Directors for the next term. They will serve as Artistic Consultants from September 1, 2008 to August 31, 2010 (two years) and as Artistic Directors from September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2013 (three years). In Addition, the persent Ballet & Dance Director, Maki Asami serves until August 31, 2010.
