DANCE ARCHIVES in Japan
2013/2014 Season
Playhouse
This is the first installation of a project in which we look back the 100-year history of Modern Dance in Japan, and together with revival performances of past works, we also assemble and present the work of young artists who are the representatives of today. We will restore and present the works of those who pioneered Japan-specific contemporary dance. While confirming the original point of Modern Dance in Japan, we will also look towards the future.
